Laneige, a global leader in premium skincare, is looking for a dynamic Sr. Trade Marketing Executive to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this high-impact role, you will be the bridge between brand strategy and retail execution, ensuring our innovative products reach our target audience effectively.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the in-store experience, maximizing brand visibility, and driving sell-out performance across our retail channels. We are seeking a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, collaborate with sales teams, and execute creative trade marketing initiatives that resonate with our customers and strengthen the Laneige brand presence in the competitive Indonesian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to drive sell-out performance across all retail channels.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of in-store visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Analyze retail performance data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize product placement.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Brand teams to align trade marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Plan and manage the annual trade marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and retail market trends to maintain Laneige's market-leading position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail management, or category management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in visual merchandising and brand communication.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
