In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of success for our Special Sales Program (SSP) participants, ensuring they evolve from trainees into high-performing, self-sustaining insurance producers and future leaders.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust transition frameworks that bridge the gap between initial contract training and long-term career success. By leveraging data-driven insights and mentorship programs, you will empower participants to master their sales craft and cultivate a mindset of excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee the comprehensive activation journey for all SSP participants from onboarding to graduation.
- Develop performance tracking frameworks to measure the transition from trainee to independent, high-quality producer.
- Provide strategic coaching and mentorship to ensure participants meet and exceed productivity benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to identify high-potential individuals for long-term leadership tracks.
- Analyze retention and performance data to continuously optimize the SSP activation curriculum.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on advanced sales techniques and leadership development.
- Monitor contract compliance and ensure seamless transition post-completion for all participants.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, talent development, or training, specifically within the Insurance industry.
- Proven track record in coaching teams to achieve high-performance sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM tools and performance reporting software.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment in Taguig City.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a passion for people development.
