Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with PSAK compliance
- Handle corporate tax filings, tax planning, and tax compliance documentation
- Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and KPI tracking
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining accurate financial records
- Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from accredited university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting role
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and corporate accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Certification (Brevet A/B or Akuntan Publik) is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Proven integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
