Tanggung Jawab
- Manage check-in/out processes efficiently with reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
- Prepare daily reports and occupancy statistics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk operations
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin beneficial
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Valid hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
