Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, CCTV cameras, and Videotron equipment
- Perform on-site and remote maintenance, installation, and calibration of security systems
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operations
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and repairs
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve service delivery processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/CCTV/Videotron technical support or related field
- Certification in networking, electronics, or CCTV systems preferred
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Semarang area
- Knowledge of security protocols and industry standards
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
