We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Account Receivable to join our finance team at Varnion Technology Semesta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and issuing invoices based on sales agreements, purchase orders, tax information (NPWP), and other relevant data. You will also handle upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and other billing adjustments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on sales agreements, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation
- Manage accounts receivable ledger and ensure all invoices are posted correctly
- Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts
- Process billing adjustments for upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and other service changes
- Maintain proper records of all invoices, payments, and client communications
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging of receivables
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred
