Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage general ledger operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing and payment
- Assist in developing and implementing financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial results
- Collaborate with internal departments to support financial reporting requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is preferred
