Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
- Perform timely bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, providing analytical support as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
