We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join the finance team at Private Advertiser. Based in the prestigious Menteng area of Jakarta, this role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health of our operations. You will be responsible for managing daily transaction recording, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring that all accounting processes adhere to strict internal controls and regulatory standards.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the finance manager to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record daily financial transactions, including journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Support the internal audit process by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Review and approve expense reports submitted by employees to ensure compliance with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems).
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (PPh, PPN, PPNBM) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
