Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial records and transactions
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting documentation
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Implement and maintain financial controls and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with department heads on financial reporting needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable
