Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and monthly financial statements
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis processes
- Support internal audits and implement process improvements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with financial reporting and process optimization
