We're seeking a meticulous professional to manage core accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian financial regulations while supporting strategic business growth. This role offers hands-on experience with full-cycle accounting responsibilities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
As a key member of our finance department, you'll maintain accurate financial records, streamline reporting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
