Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and supporting schedules.
- Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
