We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant and Tax Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and preparing accurate financial reports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax laws. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing daily transactions, controlling cash flow, and preparing monthly financial statements. Your expertise in PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (Value Added Tax) will be essential in ensuring our company remains compliant with tax regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and post journal entries for financial transactions
- Manage and control cash, bank accounts, payables, and receivables
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Handle PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (Value Added Tax) compliance
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and tax
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh and PPN)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
