KMC Solutions is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and classified according to accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate records in the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are properly classified and recorded.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Support the finance team with internal audits and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
