Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts, including reconciliations and adjustments
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with journal entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Assist in internal and external audits, maintaining proper documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
