In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our clients, ensuring strict compliance with US GAAP standards, and delivering high-quality advisory services to organizations across the global market.
As a remote Staff Accountant, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, and support the broader accounting function. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for US clients.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Support external audits and internal compliance reviews by providing requested documentation.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a US-based remote environment.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
