Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow operations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for financial discrepancies
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests from external auditors
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting for leadership
- Collaborate with departments to optimize financial processes and reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license preferred; at least 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes and financial reporting
