Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions in accounting systems
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and stock turnover reports to optimize inventory levels
- Prepare and interpret financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Identify financial discrepancies and propose corrective solutions
- Manage inventory controls and implement stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staff accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to identify financial issues and propose practical solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inventory management and stock analysis
