Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Assist in internal audits and financial reviews
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with tax authorities for timely filing and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Advanced knowledge of tax compliance procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MYOB)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
