Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining documentation requirements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Support tax compliance filings and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement accounting controls to enhance financial accuracy
- Collaborate with finance team to optimize budgeting and forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience in Indonesia
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven experience with financial reporting and audit processes
