Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end financial administration for the company's fleet operations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
