Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Conduct financial analysis, budget preparation, and variance reporting to support management decisions
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining accurate financial documentation
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing or textile industry
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and corporate financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel with VBA skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders
