Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to advance your career with a growing leader in the manufacturing industry? Asietex Sinar Indopratama is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our finance team in Cikande, Banten.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing daily transactions, and supporting the finance department in delivering timely reports. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including recording journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and tax reports (e-Faktur, PPh 21/23/25).
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requirements.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all local financial and taxation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as an Accountant or Accounting Staff, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (Pajak).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Cikande, Banten.
