Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely transactions
- Conduct financial analysis and support budget preparation activities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audit preparations
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/PA) is preferred
