We are seeking a meticulous Staff Accounting to join our dynamic finance team at Retail Supermarket. This critical role ensures the integrity of our financial operations through precise bank reconciliations, efficient petty cash management, and accurate invoice verification. You will maintain accounting journal entries, prepare essential financial reports, and handle basic tax compliance tasks. As a key member of our accounting department, you'll contribute to maintaining transparent financial records while supporting our retail operations in Kepulauan Sangihe. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records
- Manage petty cash operations with strict adherence to company policies
- Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and process timely payments
- Record and maintain accounting journal entries in ERP systems
- Prepare monthly financial reports and basic tax documentation
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial audits
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales departments for financial alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in retail or FMCG
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP principles
- Detail-oriented with exceptional numerical accuracy skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to work independently and in team environments
