Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely settlements
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external financial audits
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
