Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and company policies
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Conduct financial audits and support internal control reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced MS Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
