You'll be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing reporting systems, and supporting cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions to optimize cash flow and vendor relationships
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align financial planning with human capital development
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows and reporting systems
- Conduct financial audits and ensure regulatory compliance across all operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi) from accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or paper industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for documentation and reporting
