Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Handle accounts payable and receivable operations efficiently
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for financial reporting needs
- Utilize accounting software to maintain updated financial databases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is preferred
