Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Handle tax compliance, including VAT, income tax, and other regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with advanced spreadsheet skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments
- Professional certification (such as Akuntan Publik - CPA) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
