Industrial Multi Fan is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting the company's financial health. As a Staff Accountant, you will assist in the month-end closing process, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations. We are looking for a proactive professional who is eager to learn and grow within a reputable organization in the industrial sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and within deadlines.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare necessary supporting schedules for audits.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all journal entries are posted correctly.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and operational summaries.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation, ledgers, and filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide financial insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in general accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
