Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports compliant with Indonesian accounting standards
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of employee compensation
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary documentation
- Maintain organized financial records and implement internal controls
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, MYOB) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
- Experience in FMCG/food industry preferred
