Tanggung Jawab
- Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system with high accuracy.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial records match statement balances.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, for management review.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready financial files and documentation.
- Assist in the tax calculation and reporting process to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track budget utilization and expense claims.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Zahir) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
