JPT Retailindo is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Staff Accounting (AP) professional to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable, ensuring all vendor transactions are processed accurately and on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Manage and reconcile vendor statements to ensure account balances are correct.
- Prepare and process weekly or monthly payments according to payment schedules.
- Assist in the month-end closing process and generate aging reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records in the ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is highly preferred.
