Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the tax advisory team in developing and implementing strategic tax plans.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and international accounting standards.
- Prepare and review complex tax returns, including corporate income tax and VAT.
- Conduct thorough tax analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiency.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external consultants as needed.
- Mentor and coach junior accounting staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Oversee internal controls and risk management processes related to taxation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., AKAP, Brevet, or CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in tax accounting and advisory.
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws, tax codes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
