Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex tax compliance processes including monthly/quarterly VAT, income tax, and withholding tax filings
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/26)
- Provide tax advisory services to clients on tax planning, optimization strategies, and regulatory updates
- Conduct tax research and analysis to support transaction structuring and business decisions
- Mentor junior accounting staff and facilitate professional development workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting, audits, and special tax projects
- Maintain accurate financial records and implement internal controls for tax-related processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, tax treaties)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tax audits and compliance documentation
