Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Advise management on tax optimization strategies and compliance requirements
- Prepare financial statements and budget variance analyses
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification (AK, Brevetti) is highly preferred
