Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of daily financial transactions.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Handle all tax-related duties, including VAT and Corporate Tax filings, with the local tax authority.
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the finance department in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or tax roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPN, PPh) and accounting standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MyOB) is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
