Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (PPh 21, PPh Pasal 21, PPN) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Assist in the annual financial audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
- Provide monthly financial reports to management with analytical insights.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or tax functions (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, including PPh and PPN regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Myob, Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Office Suite (Excel advanced level).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Valid Tax ID (NPWP) holder.
