Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (VAT, income tax, etc.)
- Conduct tax research and provide advisory support on regulatory changes
- Assist in financial statement preparation and audit documentation
- Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with departments on budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure adherence to tax laws and optimize tax planning strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting and tax compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
