Join PT Panca Buana Plasindo as a Staff Admin Produksi/PPIC and become the backbone of our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you'll ensure seamless production workflows through meticulous data management and comprehensive reporting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. This position requires precision in daily data entry, proficiency in production management systems, and the ability to translate complex operational data into actionable insights. As a key contributor to our manufacturing excellence, you'll directly impact our productivity targets and quality standards while working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Daily production data input and maintenance in ERP/MRP systems
- Preparation and submission of comprehensive production reports
- Coordination with production teams to ensure schedule adherence
- Monitoring material inventory levels and production capacity
- Analysis of production output vs. targets and variance reporting
- Assisting in production planning and capacity forecasting
- Liaising with QC and logistics departments for smooth workflow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
- 2+ years experience in production administration or PPIC roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of production planning systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and KPIs
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
