PT Mitra Utama Alkesmed is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Admin Tax to join our finance team in Semarang. We are a leading company in the healthcare and medical supplies sector, and we are looking for a professional who can ensure our tax compliance is managed efficiently and accurately. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for various tax-related administrative tasks. You will assist in preparing and filing essential tax documents, managing communication with tax authorities (KPP), and maintaining our tax filing schedules. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily tax administration activities, specifically focusing on VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh) reporting.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports to the relevant tax office (KPP) on time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records, including filing schedules and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external tax consultants to gather necessary data for filings.
  • Handle correspondence and queries regarding tax matters with government agencies.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax audit documentation and responses when required.
  • Update the company's tax database and ensure all documentation is filed according to company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tax administration or a similar finance role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and tax filing procedures.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
