Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with Production and QC teams for efficient item receipt, transfer, and verification processes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation systems
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Streamline administrative workflows between departments
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in administrative processes
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
