We're seeking a dynamic professional to manage Accounts Receivable/Payables, oversee import documentation, and support Assistant Manager functions for our regional sales division. This hybrid role bridges finance operations with commercial strategy, requiring expertise in financial administration, import logistics, and regional sales leadership. You'll ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration between finance, operations, and sales teams while driving process optimization and compliance excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable/payable cycles and financial reconciliation
- Oversee import documentation, customs compliance, and logistics coordination
- Support Assistant Manager in regional sales strategy execution and team supervision
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and sales performance trends
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial operations and import processes
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to streamline import workflows
- Prepare financial reports and sales performance dashboards for regional leadership
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in AR/AP, import operations, or financial administration
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Proven experience in cross-functional team leadership and process optimization
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial accuracy and compliance
- Experience in manufacturing/transportation/logistics sector preferred
