Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end staffing processes including requisition approval, candidate screening, and placement coordination
  • Oversee comprehensive onboarding workflows including documentation, training scheduling, and compliance verification
  • Generate and distribute weekly/monthly staffing reports highlighting utilization rates, budget variances, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with multiple staffing vendors to service level agreements, candidate quality, and contract renewals
  • Maintain centralized HRIS databases with real-time updates on staff assignments, qualifications, and contract statuses
  • Act as primary liaison between internal departments and external staffing providers to resolve escalations
  • Ensure adherence to Singaporean labor regulations and company policies in all staffing activities

Kualifikasi

  • 3+ years in staff augmentation, recruitment coordination, or HR administration roles
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong vendor management experience with SLA monitoring and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of Singaporean employment regulations and compliance requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to create complex staffing dashboards and forecasts
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with demonstrated success in multitasking
  • Professional certification in Human Resources or Staffing Management preferred
