We are seeking a visionary Staff Backend Engineer to join our high-impact engineering team in Jakarta Selatan. You will act as a technical leader, mentoring mid-level and senior engineers while setting the gold standard for backend development practices across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ensure high system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define long-term technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize database performance and cloud infrastructure to support rapid user growth.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.
- Drive incident response and post-mortem analysis to improve system availability and stability.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with at least 3 years in a senior or staff-level role.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern language (Go, Java, Python, or Node.js).
- Deep experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or NoSQL).
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) and security best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
