Tanggung Jawab
- Assist clients with product selection, fittings, and personalized styling advice during consultations.
- Maintain the showroom's visual presentation and ensure all bridal collections are organized, clean, and accessible.
- Coordinate closely with the wedding planning team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about services, packages, and pricing.
- Process bookings and manage administrative records accurately and efficiently.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, bridal fairs, and showroom openings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or the bridal/fashion industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming attitude towards clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of bridal trends, fashion, and styling is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and booking management software.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly desirable.
