Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain departmental budgets aligned with organizational financial goals
- Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions to senior management
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast financial requirements and resource allocation
- Monitor expenditure compliance against approved budgets
- Develop monthly budget reports highlighting key financial trends and insights
- Support annual budgeting cycles through data collection and analysis
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of budgeting experience in manufacturing or FMCG sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong analytical modeling capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
