Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments, ensuring correct change is given and all receipts are issued.
- Monitor daily cash drawers and reconcile sales reports with the total amount received.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area for all customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, prices, and payment methods.
- Report any discrepancies, theft, or equipment malfunctions to the management team immediately.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
- Previous experience in cashiering or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with financial software is a plus.
